1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SaaSFields platform (website and services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
2. Account Registration
To place orders, you must create an account with a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. One account per person, duplicate accounts may be suspended.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics, or force majeure events. For agricultural inputs with specific application windows, we prioritize timely delivery. Delivery is available across Telangana, AP, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu.
5. Returns & Refunds
Unopened and sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products with quality issues can be returned even after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Perishable items and custom-mixed products are not eligible for returns.
6. Product Authenticity
SaaSFields facilitates transactions between brands, retailers, and farmers. We require all sellers on the platform to provide only genuine, authorized products. Product accuracy, batch numbers, and quality are the responsibility of the selling retailer or brand.
7. Limitation of Liability
SaaSFields provides the platform infrastructure connecting brands and retailers. Our total liability for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the prior month. We are not liable for outcomes of individual transactions between brands, retailers, and end customers.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
